My husband and I love entertaining so I like to think of the brewery as a way to have all of our friends and family over for great drinks and great food in a homey environment that they feel comfortable in. This is the vision we are working to bring to life. We want to make you feel like you’re over at your best friends house hanging out eating, drinking, watching some football.
.
I grew up about 20 minutes south of the Lehigh Valley and I’m proud to call this area my home. I mean what's not to love! We are close to both Philadelphia and New York City, we have the PPL center, we have Coca-Cola Park, we have lots awesome restaurants, farms, breweries and the sense of community in the Lehigh Valley is unmatched.
.
I went to Penn State, WE ARE, and got my degree in Communications/Media. After graduating I worked in fundraising, marketing and sales and have been a manager for multiple fortune 500 companies. All of which have all provided me with lifelong experiences, lessons learned and exponential growth. I am excited to apply my skill set and passion to our family owned business, McCall Collective Brewing.
.
On a more personal note I have two young daughters who have taught me patience, understanding and that I have the ability to love more than I ever thought possible. I love fall🍁- mostly for the low 70 degrees weather and pumpkin/fall flavored everything, including beer. Yum! I became interested in beer and all of it’s styles and unique varieties while waitressing in college before I was even legally old enough to drink them. My love for beer followed shortly after and has been growing ever since.
Chris McCall
Co-Founder and CFO
I was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, I went to Northampton High School and am proud to call Allentown my home for the past 6 years. I did live in NYC for a few years after High School where I attended and graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Economics.
.
I have long aspired to open a business, in fact my senior
project in High School was all about the risks and opportunities in opening a small scale restaurant. Since Kaitlin and I started dating we have talked about numerous kinds of opportunities to become entrepreneurs. When we went out to visit Laguintas and Russian River in California in 2012 we knew that beer would be at the center of our business.
.
Aside from helping with the financials at the Brewery I like
to keep busy! I work full time at Amazon as a Finance Manager and I am also a REALTOR part time, so if anyone reading this needs to buy or sell hit me up. On top of that my two little girls keep me on my toes and I am a diehard Philly sports fan; Eagles, Sixers, Phillies, Flyers in that order.
.
My favorite thing about beer is that it brings people together.
Breweries have become a hangout spot for families, friends and co-workers throughout their communities. I am so excited to be a part of our community and supply a friendly environment where people can come and relax, drink some good beer, grab a bite and escape life for a while
Matt McCall
Head Brewer
Matt started his journey into brewing in the Culinary field earning a degree in Culinary Arts in 2008 and working for several years in kitchens across the Lehigh Valley including the Hotel Bethlehem and the Apollo Grill. In search of a more flexible schedule Matt left the kitchen and headed to Retail for several years working for Best Buy and Target while learning the service side of the industry.
Matt got his first HomeBrew kit for Christmas in 2011 and started to apply his culinary skills to this new project right away. Before long he had purchased an entire home brew system he built himself over the years. Realizing he didn’t want to spend a career in Retail he followed his passions and joined Sam Adams as a production brewer in 2013. His passion for beer only continued to grow and Boston Beer was willing to take some chances on his talent.
In 2016 he spent a Fall at the Angry Orchard production plant in upstate New York where he got to experience the “smaller” side of brewing vs. the hundreds of barrels a batch in Sam Adams. This experience parlayed into the chance of a lifetime for a young brewer; a Head Brewing job in Brooklyn, NY. In this role Matt got to have full control over the 10BBL brewhouse including recipe design, naming, illustrations, ingredient selection and more. It was this experience that allows us to know for 100% sure we will always have fresh, delicious beer in all styles available for our customers.
Outside of work Matt married his wife Jenn in 2017 and they just welcomed their first child in early 2020! Matt is a diehard philly Sports fan starting with the Eagles and followed closely by the Flyers and Phillies.

A little about the Wizard behind the #McCallCoBeer social media curtain @craigp17.
I am Lehigh Valley born and raised. I grew up with Chris, Matt, Beth and the entire McCall family while basically installing myself into the family since 6th grade. Chris, a brother, best friend, and best man. A Beer Brewing Brother in Matt and Beth the little Sister destined for the big city. Mrs. McCall who deserves infinite gratitude for raising us all to this point and even still now. Kaitlin as well for nearly a decade as another friend and sister. This is what FAMILY should be.

Professionally I have managed retail locations for industry leading Fortune 500 companies. I spent several years with one of the oldest companies in the US doing nothing but helping other businesses empower and fuel their Sales and Marketing efforts. I love supporting local businesses from my barber 💈 @thecut_lv, some of the best food 🌯 @lazeezgrill, and my gym 💪🏼 @getfitlv. I couldn't be more excited to be part of this family business and serve the local community.
.
My Wife Gina and I have visited several hundred craft breweries across the country as well as in London 🇬🇧, Scotland, and Paris 🇫🇷. Traveling is one of our passions and we always plan around the local craft brew destinations. I took up cycling🚴🏼♂️ this summer and now ride over 100 miles a week on my way too expensive road bikes. Locally the craft beer communities and cycling communities are very close so it's a win win. Please don't run me over if you see me on the road and just a reminder that PA State Law says you have to keep at least 4 feet between your car and me if you pass me. I am 6 foot 2, lift weights, have many tattoos...but if you put a kitten in my arms expect me to melt like butter...deal with it! 😹
