We are proud to be the first fully female owned Brewery in Allentown! Now serving our beer out of two locations in the Lehigh Valley.

Join us on Susquehanna Street in the heart of Southside Allentown for a full-serve brewpub featuring scratch kitchen, 17 drafts, cocktails, wine and more. Susquehanna Street is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.

At our TapHouse in Breinigsville you can expect 10 draft beers, simple cocktails and some of the best BBQ food the Lehigh Valley has to offer!

Chillin out at 6% relaxin all cool, Cashmere and Nugget are keepin’ it old school. Not worried about the lactose hazys in the neighborhood, Phresh keeps it crisp and clean (everything that’s good).When you pop the tab and bring it near, the aroma says fresh and there’s some bitterness here. In that same spirit, we’ve decided to release the dam on our flagship IPA to take it up another level. Pushing our mash tun to the limit, we’ve bumped up the grain bill as far as it can go getting this Triple IPA up to 10.6%. Along with that we’ve added A THIRD dry hop addition to send the aromas to the moon. Just like flowing water, this beer will definitely sneak up on you as it drinks easier than it should. We’ve decided to have our version of this classic style pay tribute to some OG’s of our favorite hockey team. Brewed with traditional Czech Saaz hops and bittered up to 30 IBU, it has the grittiness of Clarke, Parent and Shultz. Built upon bohemian floor-malted pilsner malt, it has a Hart of gold. At 4.7% ABV it crushes just as hard as the Legion of Doom. Lagered for over 4 weeks, this pilsner is as crisp as a pair of freshly sharpened skates so grab your sweater, crack a cold one and get ready to watch the boys play with some jam!
